If you are upgrading from MicroSurvey CAD 2008 or 2009, you will need to update your existing USB License Key using the USB License Manager program on a computer with internet access. If you are licensing MicroSurvey CAD for the first time, or if you are upgrading from MicroSurvey CAD 2005 or previous, you will need to activate your new USB License Key using the USB License Manager program on a computer with internet access.
